Fits over the bars of my bike well. NB My bike has no bar-mounted mirrors, if you do not need to cut the slots for them and sew the ends. It can also be finished with velcro to close around the mirror stems. Overall a nice product and recommended. Tends to resist bending the levers rather than the cheaper variety.
